What is Osteopathy?

Osteopathy is a manual therapy, taking a holistic view of the body, health and wellbeing. It acknowledges the biological, mechanical aspects of the body, alongside the emotional and social components. Manual, hands-on techniques aid in the diagnoses of musculoskeletal complaints and medical conditions, which informs treatment and management. Working with the structure and function of the body, blood flow and nerve supply are promoted, enabling the bones, ligaments and muscles to work in harmony together. This assists health and healing within the body, ensuring your very best outcome and enabling you to live life to the fullest.

How Osteopathy Can Benefit You

Osteopathy treats the whole body and numerous health issues. These include acute and chronic issues, whether related to work, lifestyle, or a combination of factors.
